Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Partner, you will be assisting the team to support a wide range of IPO, M&A and corporate compliance matters
Handling due diligence and various legal research
Drafting and editing legal documents
Building up good relationships with clients and business partners
Participating in pitching meeting and clients’ events if necessary

Requirements:

Hong Kong qualified with PQE 3 above
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Verbal Cantonese and Mandarin required)
Experiences in IPO and M&A
Good team player with excellent communication skill, can-do attitude, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
