About the Company

Licensed corporation regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, holding Type 1, Type 2, and Type 4 licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily brokerage operations including account opening, fund management, trade settlement, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality, timeliness, and strong internal controls
• Implement and enhance SOPs and risk controls in compliance with SFC, AML/CFT, and licensing requirements
• Manage escalations and resolution of exceptions, disputes, and operational risk events

• Drive process automation to reduce manual intervention and enhance efficiency and risk control
• Establish and enhance management data and operational reporting systems to support leadership decision‑making
• Collaborate with Product and IT teams to upgrade back‑office systems, reporting tools, and workflows

• Partner closely with Compliance and senior management to ensure regulatory alignment
• Support operational readiness for new business and product launches
• Coordinate with Mainland China and overseas shared service teams for seamless cross‑border operations
• Participate in SFC inspections, business plan submissions, and internal audits

• Lead and mentor the operations team (client support, middle office, settlements)
• Set clear goals, performance metrics, and training programmes
• Foster a proactive, accountable culture focused on service excellence and problem‑solving

• 8–12 years’ experience in brokerage, digital wealth, financial operations or settlement 
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end operations and leading transformation initiatives (automation, system implementation, process redesign)
• Strong knowledge of HK, US, and A‑share market settlements, cash operations, and corporate actions
• Experience in cross‑border coordination or shared services is an advantage
• Candidates with strong settlement operations backgrounds are welcome

• SFC Type 1 / 2 / 4 / 9 license preferred
• Solid understanding of SFC regulations, AML requirements, and internal control frameworks

• Detail‑ and process‑oriented with strong execution and project management capabilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Familiar with back‑office systems, reconciliation tools, and reporting platforms
