Are you a motivated sales professional who loves closing deals but hates cold calling? We are a rapidly expanding leader in Hong Kong’s on-demand storage market, and we’re looking for a high-energy Inbound Sales Executive to join our winning team.

Forget the "grind" of hunting for leads. In this role, you will exclusively handle warm inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers organize their lives by recommending the perfect storage solutions.

The Financial Rewards:

  • Base Salary: HK$25,000 monthly.

  • Joining Bonus: HK$30,000 cash (upon successful probation).

  • High Commissions: Average monthly earnings of HK$35k–$37k, with top stars hitting HK$45k–$50k.

  • Extras: Annual discretionary bonuses and a flat hierarchy where your voice matters.

Your Daily Impact
  • Convert Warm Leads: Consult with interested customers to identify their needs and close sales.

  • Relationship Management: Renew and grow existing contracts to build long-term loyalty.

  • Seamless Logistics: Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a "hassle-free" customer journey.

  • CRM Accuracy: Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.

Who We Are Looking For

We want a genuine "people person" who is driven by targets and independent work.

  • Background: Previous sales experience in any field.

  • Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and a strong command of English.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Chinese and English word processing and CRM tools.

  • Availability: We prefer candidates who can start immediately.
