We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to join our growing client legal team.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct thorough legal due diligence and provide comprehensive legal analysis.
Perform legal research to inform decision-making and strategy.
Stay updated on changes in company law and securities regulations.
Support IPO processes and manage compliance matters for private and public companies.
Assist with transaction closings and other legal tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor or PCLL.
1-2 years of experience in a paralegal or similar position in corporate team.
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
Proficient in MS Word and general computer skills.
