Our client,a listed company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Legal team.

Responsibilities

Provide advice on commercial and operational legal issues; identify and mitigate legal risks.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Coordinate with regulators, external counsel and industry bodies.
Support Group General Counsel and internal teams across different regions.
Monitor legal/regulatory changes and assess business impact.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer (Hong Kong or Commonwealth jurisdiction) with at least 4 years PQE experience.
Familiarity with HKSAR listing rules, industrial knowledge of Logistics/supply chain preferred;
Commercially minded, strong contract experience, excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills; willing to travel to other regions occasionally.
