Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining excellent guest experience and handling customer feedback or enquiries
Supervise, coach, and motivate service team members to meet service and performance standards
Monitor service flow, reservations, and table turnover during daily operations and peak periods
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and basic cost management
Support cash handling, POS operations, duty rosters, and administrative tasks
Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and workplace professionalism

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Hospitality, Catering, or related discipline preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with supervisory experience
Experience in Chinese dining or fine dining environment is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Good command of Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment
