Job Responsibilities

• Manage the sales of jewelry and gold products, delivering a professional, attentive, and high-quality customer experience
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives; lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets
• Oversee team conduct and performance standards, inspire team members, and provide guidance in resolving challenges
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, reinforce the brand’s professional image, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist in daily store operations, including merchandise presentation, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting basic inventory control

Job Requirements

• Secondary education (DSE) or above
• At least 5 years of retail sales experience in jewelry, gold accessories, or luxury fashion brands
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and passion for retail
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred

Note: Candidates with less extensive but relevant experience will be considered for the position of Jewellery Supervisor.
