Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, grow, and penetrate designated FSI enterprise accounts (including Tier-1 banks, insurance firms, and capital markets) to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Identify high-value business opportunities within the financial sector and maintain a proactive approach to driving growth within assigned accounts.

  • Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in the financial industry; understand complex regulatory pain points and deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic digital transformation priorities.

  • Provide professional advice and solutions focused on Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workstyle; prepare compelling proposals and executive-level presentations that meet the rigorous compliance standards of the FSI sector.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and deliver dedicated after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing value in a high-stakes environment.

Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

  • At least 3 years of sales and account management experience specifically serving FSI or large commercial enterprise clients, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong market intelligence in the Hong Kong FSI landscape, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace technologies.

  • Deep understanding of the security and compliance requirements unique to financial institutions.

  • Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and comfortable navigating the complex procurement processes of large-scale financial organizations.

  • Positive, customer-focused, and possessing the executive presence required to communicate effectively with senior management.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential for managing local and regional FSI stakeholders.
