Responsibilities

Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and kept in good condition at all times.
Conduct regular checks on facility conditions and report any issues that may affect operations.
Assist in the planning and delivery of programmes and activities within the premises.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints effectively and courteously.
For operational roles related to raceday and tracks: prepare jockey equipment and maintain cleanliness of designated preparation areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leisure, recreation, or similar fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to engaging with customers and colleagues.
Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
