Job Description

  • Stay informed of market conditions, competitor activities, and local regulations to maintain product competitiveness and compliance.
  • Work with the product team to ensure offerings meet customer needs while maintaining profitability.
  • Design and execute strategic campaigns to drive customer acquisition and AUM growth in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify target audience segments and develop personalized messaging and creative assets for various initiatives.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to roll out comprehensive product and customer communication plans.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure the delivery of a premium and seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), and generate reports and presentations on growth metrics for senior management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the retail banking sector.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products, as well as campaign design and execution, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly independent with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Capable of working toward tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin is preferred.
