Responsibilities

Maintain all facilities in a safe, clean, and functional condition at all times.
Carry out routine inspections and report any defects or issues that may disrupt operations.
Support the organisation and execution of programmes and activities within the premises.
Deliver high standards of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
Respond to enquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

At least 4 years of relevant experience in recreation services, facility operations, or a related field.
Diploma in Recreation, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Ability to communicate in Chinese and basic English.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with accountability.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
Strong customer focus with an outgoing and approachable personality.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
