Responsibilities：

Support daily project operations to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align with project schedules and requirements.
Prepare and update project documents, including plans, reports, and meeting records.
Track project milestones, deliverables, resources, and follow up on action items.
Assist in testing, implementation, and handover activities while working closely with technical teams.

Requirements：

Higher Diploma or above in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
At least one year of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently and in a team.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
