Duties:

Deliver professional customer service by handling enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries and service requests
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction during overnight operations
Escalate issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up

Requirements:

Secondary education or above with at least 2 years of customer service experience
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Professional phone manner and ability to work independently during night shifts
Willing to work on a rotational night shift basis
