Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud, virtualization)
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, firewalls, cloud)
Ensure system availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery
Supervise and mentor junior IT staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues
Promote best practices in IT operations and project management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, firewalls, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/AWS
ITIL or project management experience preferred
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
