A sizeable media company is looking for an experienced AVP of Sales - Advertising to lead our commercial growth, expand key client partnerships, and drive revenue across our media platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or related fields; MBA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in Hong Kong’s media and advertising, with a proven track record of managing large sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth.
• Established strong network with key advertisers, media agencies and C-suite decision-makers in Hong Kong.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the COO and Board level stakeholders.Strong strategic sales leadership and P&L management capabilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
