Managing Director (Beverage)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Align team performance indicators with corporate direction; oversee daily operational data analysis and manage strategic risk minimization.
  • Revenue Management: Formulate route development strategies based on industry trend predictions and proactive market research.
  • Marketing: Manage brand positioning and sales model strategies; organize the marketing system to guide subordinates toward revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Define duties and allocate tasks based on team members' capabilities and behavioral traits to ensure optimal role fit.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the beverage industry is highly preferable.
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with CEO and board members.
  • Strong P&L management capabilities
