Our client is looking for a Senior Revenue Reporting Analyst to take ownership of month-end revenue close, variance analysis, and management reporting. You will ensure accurate revenue recognition, maintain SOX controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to minimise revenue leakage. This role suits someone who combines strong accounting knowledge with a hands-on analytical mindset.

During month-end or public holiday peaks, once you can work independently, you may work from home. Any extra hours worked during these periods are compensated with time off in lieu.

• Analyse monthly, quarterly and annual revenue fluctuations, investigating unusual variances and preparing adjustments

• Perform monthly SOX controls and maintain revenue compliance

• Use RevPro, Tableau and other tools to manage contractual, billing and unbilled data, and validate accuracy between systems

• Run exit rate analysis and prepare monthly target revenue estimates

• Produce internal management reports and consolidate data from multiple external sources

• Handle internal and external auditor requests, including revenue sampling, controls testing, and year-end documentation

• Participate in UAT, system testing and process enhancements; maintain desktop procedures

• Drive process improvements and safeguard revenue

• Minimum 3 years of revenue accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred

• Public accounting or technical revenue recognition experience is a strong plus

• Advanced Excel skills; RevPro and large-volume data analysis experience are advantageous

• Solid understanding of SOX requirements

• Detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills

• Must be based in Hong Kong (visa holders welcome)

• Willing to work flexible hours during peak close periods, with compensatory time off and work-from-home option once fully independent
