Job Responsibilities:

Budget management: Based on the direction of the company, break down the goals into team performance indicators, daily monitor the operating data and minimize strategic risks.

Revenue Management：Based on predictions of future industry development trends and forward-looking research, formulate route development strategies.

Marketing：Brand positioning, marketing and sales model strategies, organize and optimize the marketing management system, and guide subordinates to achieve sales growth.

Team management: Define the tasks and responsibilities of team members, rationally allocate positions and tasks according to the subordinates' personalities and abilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business management-related field (possession of a masters' degree is preferable).
• Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is highly advantageous; however, not mandatory.
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with board members.
• Strong P&L management capabilities.
