Job Description

• Handle a team of 8 in Dongguan China, and 2 in Hanoi Vietnam.
• Formulate company and departmental strategies, KPIs and workflow that enhance growth and sustainability. 
• Responsible in supervising & joining subordinates to deal with customers daily. Lead and steer downstream colleagues to hit revenue goal, limit financial risk exposure throughout the entire order cycle from quote to ship to payment.
• Handling crisis in supply with the Planning & Purchasing team; payment collection with the Finance team; and customer complaints with the Quality and / or Engineering team.
• In join capacity with engineering team for business development and new project bid.
• Reporting to the Mktg AGM (who oversees this job function right now).  Once the work is picked up, report to the CEO directly. 

Requirement

• Tertiary education, preferable in engineering.
• Experience in medical & industrial ODM / OEM manufacturing companies of small to medium size in similar capacity.
• Practical knowledge in trade finance, custom & shipping practice.
• Work in China and travel to Vietnam factory required.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill. 
• Dynamic & fast in response
• Fluent in English & Mandarin. Good written & spoken presentation skill in either language.
