Global UAV Business Sales Manager/Director (Open for China / USA)

China

  • 3+ years of sales/BD experience in the UAV/drone battery sector.
  • International client management.
  • Business development across global drone market.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Global Market Development: Drive business development and sales across the global UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) market to achieve and exceed established revenue and sales targets.
  2. Client Conversion & Product Substitution: Leverage existing drone battery customer networks to actively drive product substitution, technology upgrades, and new partnership conversions.
  3. End-to-End Deal Ownership: Independently lead commercial negotiations, manage contract sign-offs, and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: (Implied/Standard) Align customer technical feedback and product requirements with internal global R&D and supply chain teams.

Job Requirements:

  1. Industry Experience: 3+ years of proven sales or business development experience within the UAV/drone battery sector. Prior experience working with top-tier drone battery manufacturers is highly preferred.
  2. Verifiable Network: Possess a solid, verifiable book of business and established customer resources within the global drone industry (OEMs/integrators).
  3. Technical Acumen: A solid foundational understanding of battery technology, with the ability to clearly articulate product advantages, performance metrics, and technological value propositions to clients.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to use it seamlessly as a primary working language for international business and corporate communication.
