Senior / Relationship Manager, Int'l Clients (Global bank, PRC / HK base, gd remun)

Hong Kong

  • 3 yrs+ RM experience, up to 30K-80K
  • Experience in managing markets HK, PRC / HK or PRC base
  • Mandarin/ English speaking, good package

** Position grading will be determined based on relevant work experience, ranging from Analyst, Manager, and Senior Manager up to VP level.

Job Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management or retail banking.

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of core wealth management and banking concepts, principles, processes, and procedures.

  • Licensing: Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3, and HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 (or a strong willingness to obtain them).

  • Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales goals and effectively managing high-net-worth client portfolios.

  • Market Exposure: Prior experience or exposure to managing clients within the PRC (Mainland China) and Hong Kong markets.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Languages: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required.

 Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Advising: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and client profiling to align with clients' long-term financial goals.

  • Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships by providing timely market insights and investment updates.

  • Client Retention: Deliver high-quality after-sales service to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.

  • Business Development: Support marketing initiatives and customer acquisition activities to expand the bank's portfolio.

  • Strategic Planning: Plan and execute monthly business strategies to achieve individual sales and acquisition targets.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify prospects, deliver professional presentations, and generate client referrals.

  • Compliance & Risk: Maintain full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the China Desk, Treasury, Investment, and Insurance teams to deliver integrated, holistic financial solutions.

  • Ethics: Adhere strictly to the Bank’s ethical standards and corporate compliance policies.
