Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campus recruitment for internship, co-op and entry-level roles, including candidate sourcing, outreach, resume screening, interview coordination and offer administration. Utilise PRO systems to support daily recruitment operations, covering programme tracking, workflow execution, pipeline management and regular data reporting.
• Coordinate campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, information sessions and workshops. Maintain solid partnerships with university career offices, faculty and student organisations to strengthen corporate campus exposure. Collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers to align job requirements, recruitment timelines and evaluation criteria to ensure consistent hiring quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and deliver timely communication to ensure positive candidate experience. Monitor key recruitment metrics including pipeline status, conversion rate, time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate, and support continuous optimisation of structured interviews, candidate experience and sourcing strategies to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with internal policies and relevant compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in university and early talent recruitment with hands-on experience using PRO tools and related recruitment processes (please specify relevant experience in the resume).
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with solid operational and cross-team coordination skills. Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and project timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese for internal and external liaison. Flexible to support campus events and undertake occasional local and regional travel.
