Responsibilities


Strategic Social Media & Marketing
- Multi-Platform Management: Lead the operational strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (小紅書) accounts.
- Paid Media: Manage and optimize Meta (FB/IG) advertising campaigns to drive enrollment and increase business turnover.
- Brand Building: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the company’s digital IP and market positioning.

High-End Visuals & Content Production
- Graphic Design: Produce professional-grade marketing collateral and social media assets using Canva and Microsoft Suite.
- Presentation Excellence: Craft sophisticated PowerPoint decks for instructional and business development purposes, maintaining a high standard of visual aesthetics.
- AI Workflow Optimization: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to maximize productivity in content creation and administrative tasks.

Senior Administration & Client Relations
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, handling inquiries via messaging and voice notes with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Business Operations: Manage complex scheduling, fee collection (tuition), and student databases with absolute precision.
- Growth Support: Assist in business development initiatives to actively contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Requirements

- University degree holder.
- Exceptional command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Solid experience in social media management and digital ad platforms.
