Responsibilities

Designs and implements secure AI applications (front-end and back-end), leveraging LLMs, RAG/web search, and solutions for translation and transcription
Performs data preprocessing, cleansing, and model fine-tuning to optimize performance
Develops RPA solutions, including tools for data analysis and automated reporting
Implements and maintains CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
Carries out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline
Demonstrates proficiency in AI development technologies such as Python, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, Docker, DBMS, and web/data security practices
Possesses working knowledge of RPA and analytics tools, including VBA, Power BI, and Microsoft Access
Shows strong initiative, creativity, and adaptability, with the ability to stay current on emerging AI trends
Exhibits strong communication skills, ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in written or spoken both English and Chinese
