Senior Complaint Handling Officer (Banking industry, 1-year renewable contract)

Hong Kong

  • HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3
  • 3+ years' exp. in Retail Banking/Securities firms.
  • Banking customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer service, assisting walk-in clients and handling banking, investment, and insurance inquiries by phone and email.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare reports regarding complaint cases.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Associate degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, phone banking, or securities firms
  • Customer support experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Completed HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with a good command of Mandarin
