About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a global technology and telecommunications leader—renowned as one of the largest multinational technology and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) providers in the world—to find multiple driven and highly collaborative Enterprise Account Executives / Business Development Managers specializing in Cloud and IT solutions. With an extensive global footprint and a reputation for relentless innovation, our client is at the forefront of digital transformation.

Due to rapid market expansion and increasing demand, we are hiring for multiple roles across various key enterprise and institutional territories in Hong Kong.

In these pivotal roles, you will balance two primary priorities: driving new cloud business and managing enterprise IT accounts. You will consult with C-level executives and IT leaders to deliver robust cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT solutions across key sectors, including Large Enterprises, Insurance, Education, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Business Development Focus

  • New Market Capture: Aggressively identify, pursue, and acquire new cloud and ICT customers within assigned target verticals in Hong Kong.
  • Value Proposition: Lead high-impact pitches and workshops to demonstrate the ROI and capabilities of enterprise cloud infrastructure and intelligent edge solutions.
  • Vertical Expansion: Penetrate untapped areas within the Insurance, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

IT Solutions & Account Management Focus

  • Account Retention & Growth: Serve as the trusted advisor for existing enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction, long-term retention, and relationship management.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand the footprint of overall enterprise IT solutions (e.g., storage, networking, data center, AI-driven applications, and enterprise software) within accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, technical support teams, and channel partners to design and deliver end-to-end IT implementations.
  • Market Expansion: Increase brand presence and market penetration across target territories, maintaining an accurate and robust sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of B2B enterprise sales and account management experience within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Proven Track Record: * Demonstrated success in business development for Cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
  • Strong background in account management for Enterprise IT solutions.
  • Industry Networks: Established relationships and deep understanding of the enterprise, insurance, healthcare, or education sectors in Hong Kong.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Sales Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, forecasting, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Language: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to effectively navigate the local market and connect with regional stakeholders.
