Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate and enterprise accounts, building deep, long-term relationships up to the C-suite and Director level.

  • Proactively identify and acquire new logos, cross-selling and up-selling our comprehensive ICT and telecom capabilities (e.g., dedicated internet access, MPLS VPN, managed security, and cloud applications).

  • Formulate strategic account plans, maintain high forecast accuracy, and orchestrate the full sales cycle from initial engagement and solution design to complex contract negotiations.

  • Partner closely with presales, product development, technical service delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored end-to-end solutions that resolve clients' business pain points.

  •  Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within the telecommunications, ICT, or IT solutions sectors. Proven experience in selling ICT Solution or major system integration projects is highly preferred.

  • Track Record: A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and handling large-scale contract negotiations.

  • Technical Agility: Solid foundational knowledge of enterprise networks, cloud services, data centers, and converged security solutions.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
