About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global ICT and enterprise technology provider to find a dynamic Infrastructure Presales Solution Manager. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key service provider accounts, driving digital transformation and designing robust infrastructure solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with key accounts, turning complex technical requirements into high-impact business solutions.
• Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, including configurations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical proposals, and pricing quotations.
• Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback through site visits, and translate technical features into compelling client presentations.
• Work closely with the channel sales manager to expand the partner network, onboard new IT partners, and displace competitive solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal product teams and strategic enterprise clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Optoelectronics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of pre-sales consulting or solution design experience, specifically within large-scale data center deployment, revamps, and migrations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of storage and backup systems, Windows/Linux OS, virtualization, and big data technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure and network architecture.
• Practical exposure to or experience with AI computing technologies.
• A proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term, high-value partnerships.
• Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
