Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles, including job coordination and end-to-end candidate management.
  • Create and maintain job advertisements, talent pipelines and screening documents.
  • Source candidates efficiently via LinkedIn, job boards and internal talent databases.
  • Conduct CV screening and preliminary assessments to shortlist suitable R&D candidates.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, and keep accurate candidate records.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition events to boost company talent influence.
  • Maintain professional candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow company recruitment policies, compliance standards and regular reporting procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Open to recent graduates and early-career talents; no prior recruitment experience required.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging with different candidates.
  • Keen interest in R&D, science, engineering and technology fields.
  • Organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to learn recruitment best practices and pursue continuous career growth.
  • Detail-oriented with a humble, candidate-first working attitude.
