Job Description:

Focus on network and/or security projects
Provide technical support, incident handling and service improvement services and advice to client on network components of the system
Provide ad hoc support to daily operation

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects with at least 2 years or above Relevant IT experience
Experience in network implementation, technical support and project coordination in one of the following areas:

Hands on experience in H3C switches, FortiGate firewalls or Aruba wireless equipment is preferred
Valid certification of CCNP, CCDP, CISSP, CISA or equivalent qualification is preferred
