We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Operations & Digital Transformation Manager to join a fast-growing, lean team. This unique role bridges the gap between business operations, technology automation, and legal compliance. You will be the key driver in designing, deploying, and scaling an AI-integrated platform by managing external vendors, while simultaneously ensuring the smooth execution of daily corporate administration and contract compliance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation & AI Integration

• Vendor & Project Management: Turn business needs into technical specifications; supervise third-party developers and technology partners from solution design through to user acceptance testing (UAT) and system launch.
• AI Tool Deployment: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge automation solutions (including LLMs, custom APIs, intelligent document processing, and workflow engines) to optimize internal costs and efficiency.
• System Ownership & Adoption: Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, conduct training sessions for internal staff to boost adoption, and continuously iterate based on user feedback.
• Tech Scouting: Keep abreast of evolving technology trends and proactively recommend next-generation AI/no-code upgrades.

Corporate Operations & Legal Compliance

• Process Optimization: Continuously audit and redefine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to eliminate structural inefficiencies.
• Contract Coordination: Perform preliminary reviews of commercial legal documents (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, vendor service agreements) and liaise with senior management or legal counsels for final escalations.
• Corporate Admin: Act as the central point of coordination for cross-departmental administrative workflows, corporate governance, and external service providers.

🛠️ Job Requirements:

• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of solid track record in Technical Operations, IT Project Management, or Process Automation.
• AI Implementation: Hands-on experience with API integration, cloud services, low-code/no-code ecosystems, or deploying LLM-based products.
• Vendor Management: Strong capability in writing precise project briefs, monitoring delivery milestones, and driving external tech vendors to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Commercial & Legal Acumen: Prior exposure to managing corporate compliance tasks and reviewing basic commercial agreements/contracts.
• Preferred Industry: Background in Real Estate, Asset Management, Financial Services, or other highly structured/regulated business environments is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills & Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient in navigating a lean, agile, and high-velocity team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
