• Drive end-to-end leasing activities for F&B tenant portfolio, including site visits, market mapping, and leasing strategy
• Identify potential tenants/brands and build relationships with decision makers
• Coordinate tenant onboarding process: leasing terms, documents, and internal approvals
• Lead negotiation on rent, turnover rent, lease tenure, fit-out contribution, incentives, and renewal terms
• Work closely with Asset/Property Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure deal accuracy and timeline delivery
• Review tenant requirements and fit-out plans to ensure compliance with mall/landlord standards and F&B operational needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor leasing performance; provide leasing insights to support asset strategies
• Track pipeline, leasing KPIs, and reporting to management
• Support marketing/promotions and tenant activation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Business/Real Estate/Finance/Marketing preferred)
• 5+ years of leasing, tenant management, or commercial property experience, preferably with F&B or retail leasing
• Strong knowledge of leasing concepts and negotiation (rent structure, incentives, renewal strategies)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint and strong documentation ability
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal/contracting workflow is an advantage

• Experience working with shopping malls, landlords, or property developers
• Network/track record of bringing in F&B brands
• Knowledge of tenancy fit-out coordination and compliance standards
