IT Infrastructure Architect

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to design, optimize, and govern the organization’s infrastructure architecture across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will drive technology strategy, ensure scalability and security, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Infrastructure Architecture Design
   Lead the design and development of end-to-end infrastructure solutions, covering compute, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud environments.
2. Technology Roadmap & Strategy
   Develop and maintain the infrastructure technology roadmap to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives, including cost/benefit analysis and technology lifecycle management.
3. Cloud & Hybrid Integration
   Architect hybrid cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, etc.), ensuring optimized integration, migration planning, and operational governance.
4. Performance, Reliability & Security Optimization
   Ensure infrastructure meets high standards for availability, resilience, security, and capacity management.
5. Technical Leadership & Collaboration
   Provide expert guidance to engineering teams, participate in major project planning, and ensure architectural best practices are followed. Support sales teams by developing solution architectures and proposals.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Extensive Infrastructure Architecture Experience
   8+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3–5 years in an architecture or senior design position.
2. Strong Technical Expertise
   Deep knowledge across networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage systems, cloud platforms, identity management, and automation tools. Expertise with at least two domains on server and virtualization.
3. Cloud Architecture Skills
   Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud or hybrid architectures (preferably Azure/AWS).
4. Relevant Certifications Preferred
   Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or equivalent are strong advantages.
5. Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
   Ability to translate technical requirements into business impacts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
