The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Winning major international customers
  • Converting buyers away from agents, traders and wholesalers
  • Building long‑term strategic sourcing partnerships
  • Scaling multi‑country sourcing programmes

You will have full accountability for global sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and close large international sourcing programmes
  • Leverage existing buyer relationships with retailers, importers, wholesalers and OEMs
  • Secure framework agreements and preferred supplier status
  • Work closely with regional sourcing and operations teams
Must Have
  • 10+ years’ experience in international sourcing, trading, supply chain or manufacturing
  • Proven success selling into retailers, importers, wholesalers or OEMs
  • Strong buyer relationships in Europe, USA and/or Australasia
  • Deep understanding of Asian manufacturing and sourcing
  • Commercial, deal‑driven mindset
