Responsibilities

Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities in international export markets.
Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly with a high level of professionalism.
Oversee and maintain relationships with key accounts designated by the company.
Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs when required.
Formulate market-specific strategies, objectives, and execution plans to achieve sales targets.
Provide customers with market insights and competitive analysis, supporting them in growing their local market presence.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, technical specifications, and profit objectives.
Contribute to the planning and development of new product designs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
Minimum of five years’ experience in export sales.
Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
Background in metal products, building materials, or home/kitchen furniture is a plus.
Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Willingness to travel to factories in China and other overseas locations as needed.
Applicants with fewer qualifications or less experience may also be considered for a Sales Manager position.
