Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall daily operation of the Customer Service Department.
Perform the full spectrum of customer service duties, including providing support to walk-in clients and handling enquiries regarding banking, investment, and insurance via phone and email.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Prepare and manage complaint case reports in accordance with internal procedures.

Requirements

Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above.
Over 3 years’ experience in retail banking / phone banking / securities.
Customer service experience is highly preferred.
Retail banking staff are strongly welcomed; securities firm staff are also welcome.
Proficient in English and Cantonese, with good Mandarin.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
HKSI Modules 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Modules 1, 2, 3 （you may start the job before completing the qualifications）
