(Perm/Up to 30K) Program Specialist (Accessories)

Duties:

  • Work with the technical team to maintain and update accessories performance test protocols and documentation
  • Collaborate with global SMEs on protocol development and complex product assessments
  • Participate in product reviews, develop test plans and identify construction and material risks during product reviews at development stage
  • Review the failed material and product test results and recommend disposition; communicate technical findings to vendors and review the Root Cause Analysis (RCA)s and CAPAs submitted by the vendors
  • Coordinate with labs to ensure consistent protocol execution and support escalations
  • Monitor recurring quality issues, analyze trends, and escalate when needed
  • Deliver vendor training on protocols, updates, and program requirements
  • Align with company’s governance model and client’s program expectations
  • Drive program consistency and continuous improvement

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product testing, materials or quality assurance
  • Prior experience working with retailers or brands, ideally in accessories or hardlines product quality management
  • Strong technical background with the ability to provide technical advice and support to the client and vendors
  • Proven program management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and engage technical experts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation abilities
  • Fluent in English with good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
