Guest Relations Officer /Receptionist

We are looking for a poised and professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver a premium, "First-Class Lounge" experience for our high-net-worth clients at a prestigious Wealth Management Center.

1. Premium Guest Experience

• Elite Welcoming: Greet clients warmly, providing a personalized and attentive experience that reflects the Bank’s prestige.

• Lounge Service: Deliver high-level hospitality (similar to luxury hotels/airlines), anticipating client needs proactively.

• F&B Presentation: Arrange and serve premium food and beverages in the lounge and meeting rooms.

2. Facilities & Operations Management

• Space Excellence: Ensure reception, lounges, and meeting rooms are immaculate and meet the highest professional standards.

• Meeting Coordination: Oversee meeting room setups and manage the scheduling of appointments.

• Supply Management: Liaise with vendors for coffee services and manage pantry inventory (beverages/refreshments).

3. Client Relations & Events

• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing exclusive company events to create memorable client experiences.

• Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and feedback with discretion, professionalism, and effective communication.

4. Administration & Compliance

• Records: Maintain accurate customer databases and records.

• Confidentiality: Uphold strict client privacy and comply with the Bank’s sensitive information policies.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Support special projects as assigned.

• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferred; Ex-Flight Attendants or Luxury Hotel professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

• Education: Degree holder preferred.

• Skills: * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on professional etiquette and grooming.

  • Ability to stay calm and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong multitasking skills and high attention to detail.

• Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken).

• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
