Key Responsibilities

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting (attorneys/paralegals/support roles) and interview logistics.
Support onboarding and maintain onboarding checklists and HR records.
Provide first-line HR support and assist with performance management and policy guidance.
Maintain employee data in HRIS/ATS; support updates related to status, leaves, and benefits coordination.
Track HR workflows and support required trainings and HR compliance documentation.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all personnel matters.
