Key Responsibilities

Conduct macroeconomic and industry research across global equity markets (US, European, Asia‑Pacific), as well as fundamental analysis and valuation modeling for individual stocks.
Track corporate earnings, market trends and macro policies, produce research reports and provide investment allocation recommendations.
Support day‑to‑day portfolio management, position monitoring and risk control; regularly report portfolio performance and market outlook to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields, with 1–3 years of experience in global equity research or asset management.
Proficient in financial statement analysis, DCF and comparable valuation; familiarity with Excel and financial data terminals is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity; CFA candidates are preferred; able to adapt to global market schedules.
