Responsibilities

Accurately and promptly process trade instructions, ensuring all executions meet required timelines and standards.
Handle OTC transactions, including structured products, fixed income instruments, and options, while supporting daily dealing activities.
Respond to client and internal inquiries related to trade execution and order status, delivering timely and professional support.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational processes.
Partner with technology teams on system enhancements and project initiatives to improve trading workflows and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses is preferred; candidates who have completed HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8, and 9 will also be considered favorably.
At least two years of hands-on experience dealing with financial instruments such as structured products, bonds, and derivatives (options).
Familiarity with programming or automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python) and exposure to project coordination or management is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of performing effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
