5 days onsite
The candidate will not be required to perform cross-selling or cold calling activities
On-the-job training will be provided
The role will primarily involve responding to email inquiries and making outbound follow-up calls to clients and, mostly, internal stakeholders regarding pending items. As such, the candidate must be proficient in both written English and Chinese.
Strong computer literacy is required
No shift work is involved

Job Requirement

Must-have criteria:

At least 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably relating to customer service
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written Chinese and English, as the candidate will be managing high volumes of email enquiries
Computer literacy including Outlook and MS Office
