Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, including annual returns, board meeting minutes, and shareholder communications
Draft and maintain meeting minutes
Oversee office administration tasks
Maintain an efficient and organized filing system (both electronic and physical) for all records.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar role
Company secretarial experience gained in listed companies will be an advantage (fresh graduate major in Company Secretarial with good working attitude will be considered as well)
Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and detailed-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is essential
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Member or associate of HKICS / ICSA will be an advantage
