Responsiblities:

Take charge of end-to-end Contractor Management process on onboarding/offboarding activities, payroll/visa management
Administration to update HR systems on new hires, leavers and timesheet/attendance records
Manage on Contractors' timesheets and payroll inquiry
Work closely with Finance team on invoicing
Prepare headcount data for reporting usage
Other Ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

University degree preferred with minimum 2 year experience in administration area, preferrable with HR experience
Effective communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills
Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Passion for being in the "people business" with excellent client management and customer servicing skills
