Marketing Specialist (Insurance) - Social media / Video Adobe Premiere

On the job you will: 

Work closely with the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Transformation on the following key areas:

 

  • Define internal communications strategy to drive culture change, embed a customer-centric mindset and evidence continued momentum through sharing customer and advisor stories, highlighting achievements and showing the impact of teams across the organization
  • Craft change management communications for employees, distributors and customers to support launches for strategic customer initiatives and drive adoption/utilization
  • Develop an exciting range of multimedia content, from video shooting and editing to animation, custom GIFs and internal social media posts
  • Drive a holistic program of recognition and coordinate celebration events for the customer-facing and back-office teams that own the experiences across our most critical customer touchpoints
  • Provide communications support for the various announcements, workshops and training series driven by the Customer Experience & Transformation team
  • Measure content performance and impact
  • Provide presentation development and logistics support for Steering Committee meetings and regional submissions

 

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience copywriting and editing for an in-house communications team, advertising/PR agency or media company, or equivalent experience
  • Experience briefing and managing an external/offshore production team
  • Extensive body of professional work that demonstrates a knack for simplifying the complex and presenting it in a compelling way through storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with a thorough understanding of the styles required for editorial, video/audio scripts and social media posts; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin Chinese a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of video editing software (preferably Adobe Premiere) and experience ideating, managing and publishing video content
  • Excellent people and influencing skills to collaborate across different departments and build strong working relationships
  • Excellent organization and project management skills to manage regular reporting deadlines and keep track of follow-up actions across multiple teams
  • Proactive attitude and growth mindset, able to adapt to change and demonstrate a desire to continually test, learn and improve
