Job Description:

Install, configure, and maintain application servers, office systems, and meeting room equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Manage and administer Microsoft Windows, VMware/Sangfor, Linux platforms, firewalls, and related network infrastructure, including backups and security operations.
Monitor system performance, conduct error log checks, apply security patches, and perform routine health checks for servers and endpoints.
Provide technical support, helpdesk services, user training, and collaborate with vendors on infrastructure design and implementation.
Prepare documentation, disaster recovery plans, and deliver on-call support outside regular office hours as needed.

Job Requirements:

High Diploma in IT related disciplines.
At least 3 years working experience in system, network configuration and implementation.
Proficient in performing security operations, including system security audits or user management.
Prefer with experience of IT systems and infrastructure projects or assignments.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
