Job Description:

Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure systems and solutions
Establish, execute, and optimize operational processes to ensure service quality and compliance
Lead incident management and problem resolution for network services
Provide technical guidance and support for network projects and daily operations
Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture and procedures

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 2 years of practical network engineering experience
Professional network certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) are highly preferred
Solid understanding of network protocols, technologies and infrastructure solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
Candidates with CCNP/CCIE certification and team leadership experience will be considered for senior positions
