Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their IT Team.

Responsibilities:

Plan, oversee, troubleshoot, and provide support for hardware and networking systems.
Offer system administration and support for company-wide platforms, including Windows Servers, Database Servers, email servers, and network services.
Install, test, and commission server, network, and security equipment both locally and internationally.
Develop and maintain technical documentation regarding networking and system configurations.
Assist with the maintenance of EDI systems and data interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
Over 3 years of relevant experience in network, hardware, and system support.
Technical skills with Linux, Windows Server and SQL Server, experience in VMware/vSphere.
Experience in supporting PBX, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
