Responsibilities:

Perform daily operations, installation, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical support for large-scale network environments, covering servers, network devices, and security products (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, SonicWall, H3C, Huawei, Aruba ClearPass)
Manage firewall rules, ACLs, VLANs, NAC, and Azure cloud networking (including NSG); execute patching/upgrades and configure routers, switches, access points, and VPNs
Participate in network and security infrastructure projects, coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
Provide Tier 2 remote and on-site support, resolve complex incidents, and meet SLA requirements; track Tier 1 activities to keep incidents, problems, and changes under control
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records

Requirement:

Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering or related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
Good knowledge and hands on experience in firewall, (e.g. Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
Holder of valid CCNA/CCNP/CCSE/NSE7/PMP certification is an advantage
