Position: Sales Administrator / Accounting Clerk

 Job responsibilities:

  • Provide general sales administrative support.

  • Responsible for preparing price lists, quote sheets, data entry, reports, completing forms, arranging samples and other related tasks.

  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to coordinate assigned projects until completion.

  • Responsible for all office administration & maintenance duties and accounting.

  • Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor holder or above in any related discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/admin/accounting supporting role. 

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
